Collective Rest event and text

Join us on Reading Day for a free 60-min guided rest + sound healing experience led by Cassandra Lam, a neurodivergent somatic healing facilitator and rest educator who creates spaces for people to feel safe enough to slow down!

  • Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie down on. Chairs will also be provided. 
  • Change into comfy clothes that will allow your skin to breathe.
