Please provide art direction (i.e., how should we shoot the photo/video?) For example, if we are shooting a building, would you like the shot to include people? If we are shooting a faculty portrait, do you want an office shot or outdoor setting?

For Class Photos & Videos: I understand that I need to let my students know that MarComm will be photographing this event.

Please make sure that all students are aware that a photographer (staff or student) will be on site to document the event and that pictures and/or videos will be created for use on Centre’s website, newsletter, official social media channels, or other published marketing materials. Strategic Marketing and Communications is happy to make accommodations to omit, at time of capture or prior to publishing, any student(s) not wishing to appear. We appreciate your help with this.
