BIOGRAPHY
Ashley K. Wheeler joined Centre College in fall 2023, after finishing a postdoc position at Georgia Tech. She earned her B.S. and M.S. at Kansas State University and her Ph.D. at the University of Michigan, under Mel Hochster.
EXPERTISE
Wheeler’s area of expertise is in commutative algebra, or the study of polynomial systems of equations.
