BIOGRAPHY

Erjon Gjoci is the Director of Institutional Research and Enrollment Data Modeling at Centre College, where he serves on the senior management team within enrollment management. He leads the College’s institutional research operations and supports its mission by collaborating with stakeholders across departments, including administrators, faculty, staff, and students. He oversees the collection, analysis, and communication of enrollment and institutional data, ensuring that information is accurate, timely, and useful for strategic decision-making. Erjon provides insight to senior leadership, trustees, and external stakeholders, and manages compliance reporting such as IPEDS and other external agency submissions. His work integrates data across departments to strengthen evidence-based planning at the institutional level.

With more than 14 years of experience in data analysis, research, and statistical modeling—including six years in leadership roles and a decade of university teaching—he earned his doctorate in Engineering Management from The George Washington University in 2024, a master’s degree in economics from the University of Akron, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colorado State University. At Centre, he combines this academic foundation with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring that institutional research and enrollment data modeling directly support student success and the College’s sustainable future.
