Mary Beth Murray

Mary Beth (Ballard) Murray joined the Office of Development and Alumni Engagement in 2025. She comes from a background of higher education development and non-profit fundraising, marketing, and communications. She previously worked for Vanderbilt University and Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee in Nashville. From Danville, she moved back to the community in 2017 and has worked locally at the Art Center of the Bluegrass and Grace Café. 

Mary Beth, and her two boys, live in Danville, and she is thrilled to work for Centre having grown up on campus where her mother, Mary Ballard, worked for over a decade.
