BIOGRAPHY

Nathan Link is H.W. Stodghill, Jr. and Adele H. Stodghill Professor of Music. He received his Ph.D. from Yale University in historical musicology in 2007. He teaches courses on music history, opera, songwriting, and narrative,leads Centre’s Kentucky Ensemble, and served as mentor of Centre Posse 12. In 2015, he was the recipient of the Kentucky's Governor’s Award for the Arts in Arts Education. His forthcoming book, A Poetics of Handel’s Operas, will be published by Oxford University Press in March 2023.
