Commencement Ticket Information

Please take a moment to supply the information below. Gathering accurate information regarding expected guest numbers and needs is vital to planning a meaningful and enjoyable Commencement weekend.

Please provide a phonetic spelling of your name if you deem necessary.
Commencement seating will be general admission with no tickets issued for the outdoor ceremony. Please supply an estimated number of guests to help us plan for the appropriate number of guests.

Please fill out the information below if any of your guests require handicap accessible tickets or parking.

Baccalaureate will take place in Newlin Hall, which is a historical venue with limited accessible seating. To ensure your guests are accommodated, please let us know how many guests require accessible accommodations.
Commencement is a general admission event. However, wheelchair seating will be provided at field level. Please indicate how many members of your party require wheelchair accessible seating. We will provide a ticket for guests in wheelchairs plus one companion seat. The rest of your party will sit in general admission seating.
Do any of your guests use wheelchairs?
If yes, will this guest be attending Baccalaureate? And will they need to remain in their wheelchair or can they transfer to a regular seat?
Do your guests need a handicap accessible parking spot?
i.e. can’t do steps, uses a walker, in a motorized chair, etc.
