Workday transition tip for November 2025

Progress continues with our implementation of Workday. A number of representatives with our implementation partner, Cognizant, will be on campus this week. Cognizant helps campuses and other clients with the configuration of the Workday product, including helping with the transfer of data and building features and processes unique to our campus.

Employees in ITS, HR, and Finance will be especially busy during this time. Our Change Champions Network (employees across campus sharing insights and providing feedback) will also be engaged in an early look at the system as we prepare for our April 1 launch.
