BIOGRAPHY
A proud native of Springfield, Kentucky, Richie joined the Diversity and Inclusion staff at Centre College in 2024, bringing with him more than 25 years of management experience. Prior to joining Centre, Richie served as the office manager for a reputable heating and cooling company, where he honed his leadership and organizational skills.
Richie is passionate about community involvement and dedicates his time to helping others whenever possible. A devoted sports enthusiast, he enjoys cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats’ football and basketball teams.
Richie is happily married to his wife, Crystal, and together they have five wonderful children: Quinton, James, Joseph, Sylar, and Nicholas. Family and community remain at the heart of everything Richie does, making him a vital and compassionate member of the Diversity and Inclusion team.
