Work on Workday has started! 

On May 5, Centre officially launched the implementation of Workday, a modern, user-friendly system that will replace our aging HR and Finance platforms. This is a major leap forward in how we manage important campus operations.

Phase 1 is now underway, starting with Human Resources and Finance. Over the next two months, dedicated workstream teams will meet weekly to shape how Workday will work for Centre. These teams—made up of Centre’s functional experts and our implementation partners at Cognizant—are diving into areas like Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Procurement, Reporting, Data Conversion, and more.

This is the behind-the-scenes work that will set us up for success when Workday goes live.
